Potato Salad Anyone?

Here we are at Ana's home for the Christmas feast. We eat at midnight and then enjoy some fireworks. We have a somewhat similar menu, such as turkey and giblet stuffing. We don't serve bread with the meal. What?!? No bread?!? The potato salad has potato, apple, peas, corn, pineapple, cream of milk, mayo, and raisins. Hands down the worst potato salad I've ever eaten! Do you want some?

YUCK! Doesn't sound like good potato salad to me either! Looks like you had a wonderful Christmas celebration with your new family in spite of the non-traditional food!

We had a great Christmas in the states as well. Pray for Jamie in her search for a better paying full-time job. She bought a townhome in November and loves it but finances are a bit tight!

Love you and love getting updates from Brazil. Keep them coming!

I'm more shocked by the eating at midnight...my appetite would have been testing my patience. But, really, it looks like you had a great time with Ana's family. You are very blessed!

Dude! I have been here for 4 years working along side you and I have never heard of potato salad like that!!! Craziness! That kind of reminds me of torta fria (which I still don't care for)!
